RT9759 是大電流、高效率的鋰離子/鋰聚合物電池充電 IC，最大充電電流可達 8A，電池電壓 4.2V、充電電流為 2.5A 時的轉換效率可達 97.8%。它採用智慧電容分壓架構，使用外加的過壓保護電路，具有輸入端反向阻斷開關，可對電池充電電壓和電流進行調節，擁有兩組電荷泵內核，具有 15 種保護功能，提供 7 種報警信號，使用了具有 9 個輸入通道的高速類比-數位轉換器對輸入、輸出電壓/電流和溫度等資訊進行採集，這些資訊可通過 I2C 介面進行上報。
